Bikash Ghorai

Bikash Ghorai has a Masters in Commerce and is a practicing advocate for the past 14 years. He was also an Examiner at the Trade Marks Registry for 4 years prior to joining RKD. He has been in the IP field for 8 years during which he has handled over 20 litigation cases in the fields of trademarks, copyrights, patents and designs. He has also been involved in the filing and prosecution of trademark applications and in conveyancing.
