Problem: The Client was a defendant to a Patent Infringement Claim and further, the clients trademark ‘Sardar’ was being infringed by third party.
Solution: RKD is defending the Client in a patent infringement claim in Vadodara, Gujrat. In this matter we have also filed a revocation claim against the registered Patent of the other Party and the matter will now be transferred to the Bombay High Court.
